Gilt Free Shipping Policy

Gilt.com offers a Free Shipping Promotion. This promotion provides 7 days of free unlimited standard shipping (the “Gilt Customer Perk”) from when the Gilt Customer Perk is loaded into a customer's Gilt account. This perk applies only to standard shipping on eligible purchases and is not available for international shipments or shipments to AK or HI. Additional charges will apply for expedited delivery or oversized items. Return shipping charges will be applied where applicable.

For new customers, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout if a new member completes a purchase on Gilt within thirty (30) days from the date of their Gilt account creation. The Promotion will apply only to standard shipping on eligible purchases and is not available for shipments to AK, HI or internationally. Additional charges will apply for expedited delivery or oversized items. Return shipping charges will be applied where applicable.

What is Gilt return policy?

At Gilt, returnable items can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date. Returns must be completed by mail. Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging with all tags attached. Item packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories, and dust bags. Each item must be returned to a specific location. Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package. Do not include other items.

There are two refund options for returnable merchandise:

You can select to return for merchandise credit and enjoy free return shipping. (Note: Air-shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.)
You can select to return for a refund to the original form of payment and pay a $11.99 return fee.

Non-returnable items are listed as “Final Sale”. Final sale items are not eligible for return and will not appear in your eligible items for return. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact their Customer Service team.

Gilt will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to their warehouse. You will receive an email letting you know that they’ve received your return. Once accepted and processed, you will see your Gilt merchandise credit appear on your Gilt account within 3-5 business days. If you opted for refund to original form of payment (less a $11.99 return fee), you will see your refund in 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

If you received an item from Gilt as a gift, and are dissatisfied, you may return the item for Merchandise Credit. You must have a Gilt account to receive Merchandise Credit.
